Password Reset

How can I reset my own password?

1. Go to www.Polk.edu
2. Click on Faculty/Staff email link at top of page
3. Login with your email address (username@polk.edu)
4. Click the circle icon on top right of page. Your initials or photo will be inside the icon.
5. Click View Account
6. Click on Password on the left side
7. Reset Password
8. Password must be between 8-14 characters
9. Password must contain:

1. 1 capital letter
2. 1 lowercase letter
3. 1 number
4. 1 symbol, NOT   & ( ) { } + - ‘ % < > *#?
