FAQs

How do I find my Banner ID?

Log into the Polk Portal/Banner using your student email address and password, click on your initial in the upper right corner, and select "View Profile". Your Banner ID (School ID) will be displayed in the upper right corner of your profile page and should begin with the letter "A" (example: A12345678).

 

Why is my information inaccurate?

Some information, such as your permanent address, may not be accurate in the Polk Portal just yet, but it will be getting updated over the course of the next couple weeks. If your information is inaccurate, please contact HR directly at BannerPayroll@polk.edu.
