Reset Your Student Password

If you are unable to reset your password, please click the Request Service button above to submit a ticket.

Faculty/Staff

1. Go to Polk State College
2. Click the Faculty/Staff Email link at the top of the page.
3. Sign in with your Polk State email address (username@polk.edu).
4. Click your profile picture or initials in the upper-right corner.
5. Select View Account.
6. Click Password on the left side of the screen.
7. Select Change Password.
8. Enter your current password.
9. Create a new password that meets the requirements below.
10. Save your changes.

Password Requirements

• Must be at least 14 characters long.
• Must contain characters from at least three of the following four categories:
  • Uppercase letters (A-Z)
  • Lowercase letters (a-z)
  • Numbers (0-9)
  • Special characters (such as !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *)

Tip: Use a passphrase that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess.
