Receiving Errors After Signing Into Polk Portal

Report errors or issues after successfully signing into the Polk Portal (Banner).
Your Banner ID (School ID) can be found on your profile page in the Polk Portal. If you do not know or do not yet have a Banner ID, please enter your Student ID (PID for employees).
Your Banner ID will begin with an "A", followed by 8 digits, while you Student ID will be comprised of your first initial, followed by 8 digits.
