Service Agreement

To ensure the College can provide teh best possible service for your event, by submitting this request, you agree that:
 

- All services are rendered on a first-come, first-served basis. 

- Any changes made must be noted on this ticket, no less than 24 hours prior to the start time of the event.
- All presentation materials must be submitted no less than 24 hours prior to the start time of the event.
- When possible, a copy of any schedules and/or itineraries for the event should be submitted with this ticket.
