Reset Voicemail PIN

This article will explain how to reset your voicemail PIN, should you forget it.

1.  Login to https://settings.webex.com
   • You will need to use your Polk email and your WebEx password (the password you set up when you activated your WebEx account).
   • If you forgot your password, press “Forgot Password”. You will be sent a 6-digit code to your email. Enter the 6-digit PIN and it will let you reset your Password.
2.  Under My Profile, click Reset Voicemail PIN option, or click the   icon and choose Reset Voicemail PIN.
3. Enter your new voicemail PIN within the following requirements:
   • Must Contain:
     • 6-30 digits
   • Must Not Contain:
     • Repeated patterns
     • Last 10 voicemail PINs
     • The reverse of your old PIN
     • Your phone number or extension
     • The same digit 4 times in a row
     • 4 ascending or descending digits
     • The reverse of your phone number or extension
4. Reenter your PIN to confirm and click Submit.
